Pizza Hut India Inappropriate comments by a Pizza Hut executive

2months back I ordered zesty chicken, I liked that so once again I order it that time it wasn’t 5% matching the taste to what I had earlier so I put up a feedback it didn’t had cheese and only tasted bread etc. I got a replacement, but to the disguise the replacement I got had a long strand of hair again will attach a photo down, I called Akshay the store manager and was highly disappointed, he gave me another replacement of Pizza which was good…all got sorted at this point.

On 1st Dec I ordered zesty non veg, while I went to pick up my order, an executive named some Rahil or something told me, ” aap check karlo ek baar aapka hamesha order mai issue aata hai”

My question is who gave him the audacity to talk to a customer like that. Just because my last 2 experience was bad and I got to have a free replacement and that’s all because of Pizza Hut’s unhygienic store condition. Does he try to mean that I purposely raise a concern to get free eatables. I as a loyal customer felt so bad and I regret spending money in pizza hut. The road side vendors are far better in their approach. How the hell he could talk to me with such disrespect. How can someone check the quality without eating if the ordered item is good or bad. And on top of it he wasn’t even bothered to ask sorry for what he said and he is telling me mujhe English nahi aati, Hindi mai baat kare.

I want the team to take action against that fellow otherwise I will make sure this feedback and compliant goes out in public on linkedin, Twitter and consumer forum channel and emails. How can a customer be made feel so low and cheap.

What is the training department of Pizza Hut doing? Why aren’t they teaching them how to handle customers…Pathetic and worst experience I ever had.
