I booked a flat 902 in ARGUS building of Hiranandani Fortune City and have received the possession in Dec 202. The agreement included 2 years advance maintenance which included proportionate share of all taxes. This was already paid by me and then i got the possession. Now the builder asking me to pay property tax share separately. I advised that this is already included in advance maintenance and they should deduct from that payment. But they insist that i should pay property tax share separately and now demanding penalty interest of 5% per annum for outstanding payment. I am not liable to pay such demands i believe. Please advise
