Not able to cancel the ticket taken for tomorrow(18th april 2022) evening 5:30 pm from Trivandrum to Pondichery. Their site is showing error when trying cancellation.
I had called customer care also and they told that they can’t do the cancellation for tickets taken by own thru online.
Considering above i had placed request to cancel the ticket well before 24hrs thru their customer care mail id, but till now no response.br…
