We booked flat in Pareena– Om apartment Sector-112, Dwarka express way, Gurgaon Haryana. We applied for home loan, we paid almost 75% payment but construction of Tower 3 is not even constructed 10% so our bank denied to disburse the balance amount. I want the suggestion to take further action. we want our money refund. Kindly suggest the solution.
