Otis Elevator Company Lift reported as not working

I am very concerned with the level of service we have been receiving from Otis Elevator Company. I sent a work order on Friday 2810/2022 along with the code to the door(please see the attached doc)
On Monday 31/10/2022 I was informed that the lift has not been attended to, I rang Otis Elevator Company who advised me that you do not cover this site after a lengthy discussion one of your officers were able to locate the site and confirmed that someone will attend within 4 hours as per your policy, I advised your officer of the access code.

No one attended on the 31/10, I rang again on 01/11 and I was informed that someone attended at night but no one opened the door (if the code has been given why would the engineer need a resident to open the door?)

My colleague chased this again on 03/11/2022 once again we were told an engineer attended early morning but the resident did not open the door. The code to the door works, I am confused as to why the engineer insist on the excuse that the resident did not open the communal door.

On the 4th, last week Friday my colleague, Maddie rang Otis and she was told someone will attend on the 4th by 4pm without fail, it is now coming up to 2nd week since the lift has not been operating. There are elderly and vulnerable residents in this building, almost two weeks and no one has attended, this is appalling to say the least.

I am also going to submit an online complaint, please confirm why engineer has not attended? As frankly the excuses given is very poor.
When will an engineer attend?
