I have taken loan in orange finance in my wife’s name VINITHA D to buy a Honda activa since last emi I paid this month may 2021 my regular emi is Rs 3502 /- but they deducted Rs 4006 /- without informing me since I paid all emis without delay they have taken my hard earned money without informing me KINDLY look into the matter and take necessary action and refund my money.

I also called to the customer care and the executive who processed the loan nobody responded properly so kindly help me to get the refund and I am afraiding of them that they may again take some amount through ecs so kindly take necessary action.
