They deceive the clients saying that they have good proven record in assisting clients with the Canadian immigration process and also assure you the best services. Once you pay the money, they dont even call you for the further steps, instead, you have to keep on calling them for the updates and next steps. During the Covid times they didnt provide any assistance and they just gave a grace of 3 months after creating express entry profile. Now they are again asking for renewal to avail their worst services. They are not even providing us the refund money which they assured while availing their services.
