This Company is completely Fraud !!
They downloaded my CV from job portals like shine.com or Naukri.com and called me up stating that my CV has been shortlisted by several companies for the post of General Manager (Ahana Roy called me up, I really dont know if it was her real name or not).
On visiting their office (Globsyn Building, 1st Floor), a lady addressed me as the HR (Aditi) and told about some job profiles from reputed MNCs like Britannia, Samsung, Ambuja, etc. She insisted me that they are having hold of great MNCs with them with higher end post to offer me. She even picturized a lucrative image in front of me about the CTC they will provide.
I asked her to mail me the job description (JD), or even linked in contact details of any POC from the company.
Now here comes the deceit. She promised to set up an interview on the next day of my visit with a company names as CIS group with a package of 15.5 lakhs and with various facilities like transportation, foods, etc.
Then she asked me to pay a nominal charge of 4500 only then they will process for the interview. I got fooled by then and paid 4500 to them using my credit card. Then they handed me a appointment slip for tomorrow’s interview in Camac Street.
Now when I got home I searched CIS company on LinkedIn, nothing of that sort exists. No employee, no office. Imagine a company willing to pay 15.5 lakhs but still no proper office that too in metros. No advertisement, no information as to which industry it is operating. If a company is willing to pay 15.5 lakhs then is it possible to arrange interview within a day.
Then I googled the company’s page and I found out that a normal site had been designed with the Camac St address in it (http://www.cisgroup.net.in/contact.php).
No such company actually exists in real. A employee of them (Optegic HR) sits there and takes fake interviews for all the candidates.
Moreover, if you look at review section of Optegic HR, all the five star reviews have one thing in common. None would say the company they got placed in nor their linkedin profile exists.
If you still don’t believe me then please do the following
1. Go through all the reviews on Google
2. Ask anyone from Optegic HR to share the complete information about anyone from the company
3. Search for that person / company on linked in. They have a couple of fake profiles their but I am sure you are smart enough to differentiate
They have multiple branches in Camac street, Park Street, Weston Street and in other names too like Sycamore Manpower, Zabuva Consultancy, etc.
I didnt go for the interview after reading all the reviews in google. I was in search of a job now and all I know Is that my 4500 rupees have been gone.these people are basically cheaters and of extreme fraud.
Please help me regarding this so that I can get the refund from them.
