We paid an amount to buy a flat in OMAXE HEIGHT SONIPAT and was allotted flat no. 805 in the name of Kamaljit Kaur. We decided not to go ahead with buying the flat and according to the contract we are now entitled to get back our initial application money but not the allotment money we paid and it’s been more than a decade that we have been requesting the refund of our money that we are entitled to.
