Soni verma of lucknow, vibhuti khand office in department of ssl. Have a very poor behaviour towards her customer plus she misguides them on phone calls and then asks for proof in a rude way that she is the one who did it. She has a behavioural problem . Her way of dealing with us is not satisfactory .
