Very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL team of Om Divine World. They are working like land Mafia.
They didn’t complete the 1 bhk flat even after paying 80% of sale price. They told me it will be complete in 1 year but didn’t complete it after THREE YEARS.
Their managers are liars and just telling me it will be complete in this month. And Now they are forcing me to pay more price due to delay which wasn’t my fault.
Very unprofessional behavior from the owners and Managers. They don’t care bout the customers.
Many people have already paid full amount by availing loan and still didn’t get the possession and paying bank EMI as well as rent.
