Hi there. I would like to draw the attention of Olymp Trade to the unfairness that I have encountered. Everyone knows that on New Year’s and Christmas holidays, the market can experience sharp price movements. And I generally try not to trade until at least January 15.
And then I came to the Olymp Trade platform today just by chance. And there is an announcement that from December 31, 2020, until January 8, 2021, the company is offering a promotion.
Every trader who makes a deposit during this period gets a 30% bonus on deposit. Please tell me who this is intended for? If I logged into the terminal on the 15th, I would have missed this opportunity.
I think you should not make such short promotions and even during the holiday period. This is not fair to many customers who are on vacation or even not at home.
