This is Anantha lakshmi Marneedi, I opened octafx account for trading and deposit 60000 INR to octafx Merchant account via UPI. My money has been debited on 23/02/2022. I used phone pe for this transaction. The transaction Id is T2202232235120941254247 and UTR number for this transaction is 205464498413 But octafx is saying money not received. money still not credited into my octafx account. I dropped many mails to support octafx. They are not saying any solution and not giving any proper response.
Please do the needful 🙏. In this COVID pandemic situation, how a normal middle class private employee can survive ?? I just need justice ⚖️ for irresponsible behaviour of such a big reputed trading company, who think customer as their slaves, so that they can wait as much as possible.
I need my money back and want justice ⚖️
