Job description:
We select our new joiners as business associate and train to develop them holistically in all functional areas of business management viz. Marketing, hr, finance and operations over a period of 6 – 8 months as per our global training module (Gtm) as below:
Step 1: client servicing & client acquisition (Advertising / promotion / direct sales / marketing)
Functional areas: revenue generation, revenue management
Step 2: hr trainer (Recruiting / evaluation / motivation / impact running)
Functional areas: hr operations & management
Step 3: crew leader (Team building)
Functional areas: team training & team development
Step 4: assistant owner (Back office, administration and operations)
Functional areas: database and back office, operations
Step 5: independent business unit owner (Handle office operations)
Functional areas: operations, administration, team management & business strategy
Eligibility criteria:
1. Age criteria: between 20 and 30 years.
2. Minimum qualification of the candidate must be graduate or diploma.
3. Candidates who can join immediately only apply.
4. Married not applicable
5. Candidate must be formally dressed for the interview. (Note: no casual dress up or footwear allowed.)
