Hello. I am Dr. Krutika Ingle. I and my Husband Dr. Snehal Ingle had booked a flat in Nirmal lifestyle Kalyan Pvt Ltd, Platano H, Flat No 406 in May 2013. In 2016 I learned that my building was not RERA verified. The KDMC had issued a notice outside the construction site of Platano H stating that this construction is not under legal norms. Due to discrepancy of the same we decided to cancel the booking and cancelled the booking in January 2017. It has been 5 years now but still there is no update regarding the refund amount. Kindly look into he matter and provide me with a solution
