We had done our daughters airline booking from navlakhi travels – kalbadevi rd, mumbai for her holiday trip to london thru air india.
Everything from passport, visa, foreign exchange, insurance was done by them.
When my daughter landed at the airport, she cleared immigration and then just before boarding she was de planed (Off loaded with her luggage) because the *travel agent-navlakhi travels* failed to see the uk visa where it mentioned “minor, must be accoumpanied by passport [protected]@#”.
We were put under immense stress and agony the whole night and didnt sleep a wink!
However when we complained to navlakhi travels, they said it was not their resposibility and completely abandoned us and were rude and unwilling to help with any process, refund if any etc.
The owner ms mona, has the audacityto bang the phone down and even block our mobile phones from calling. Her office and staff are instructed not to give any details or personal numbers of hers.
Such unethical behaviour should be highlighted and make others aware of the customer unfriendly approach, specially when you are dealing with this company since the past 10 years!!!
Mistakes and oversight does happen, but instead of apologising for their negligence, we had to put up to such rude behaviour!!!.
Beware, i donot recomend this company nalakhi travels — as you will be deserted when you really need their help. We have washed our hands off them and i strongly suggest you do the same. We have lost a lot of money,
