Munjaal Housing then tried to fake a sale deed through the registrar in Sarojini Nagar in Delhi but was caught and the sale deed was not allowed. Being tghat the sale deed was not allowed the builders used strong arm tactics to occupy and kick out the seniour citizens from theri home. Munjaal builders have a number of tax cases agains them where they cannot account for crores of rupees and the theory is to use the delay in courts to force theri gain.
