Milagrow Business and Knowledge Solutions Pvt Ltd is Negligence on post sales support for 2 years

I purchased “Milagrow Aquabot 7.0 Spaze Premium Robotic Floor Cleaner HSN Code:8508″ on 5th Nov’18 for Rs. 27, 990 /-.

It has been 2 years since this company has been making fool of me on my ask of support for fixing one wheel of the robot not working and it keeps making rounds at one place.

Tried all possible contacts available. Either their employees leave company or they pass on the buck to some other person. One guy even asked me to open the robot on my own and send the jammed wheel to them. Another guy said that due to pandemic, their engineer in Mumbai cannot visit and asked me to send the robot to Gorgaon (from Mumbai) for Rs.700 courier changes and another Rs.700 for them to send it back. By the time i kept chasing these fraud people, my warranty period lapsed and now they are smartly asking me again to send the product to Gurgaon. I asked repeatedly that if you engineer can come to customer’s place for DEMO before purchase, then why can’t they come for service/support now when pandemic lockdown is over.

This is such a mental harassment for customers when we are spending such a big money and get such pathetic after sales service. Not sure if the owner of this company is even aware how his customer service team is treating the onboarded customers.

I need justice on my case either by free-of-cost repair as would have been applicable under warranty period or full refund and take way that useless robot from my house.

Please help.
