I have come to know from my friend how his file got rejected for canada pr. U should also aware abt same.
Initially, authorised person of this firm have prepared all docs hard copy (Not online) to immigration office and query comes. “nomination letter not received”.
So agent told that v will send courier again, same error nxt time.
So, he asked her, how without nomination letter, v r sending the file. Agent explained that to get nomination letter, v r sending file.
After research, my friend comes to know that either u apply for express entry or directly apply through province but online and after receiving nomination letter or physical offer letter with same, u can send physical file with nomination and job offer letter else ur file would b returned.
He talked to agent, but agent told this is my procedures which is practiced by them since years.
U judge now who is right?
Morale:
1) when any agent gives lollypop abt job offer letter, ask them whether they will give physical copy or not and whether applicable with “lmia”.
2) file should b online covered and after getting job offer, if nomination letter is recd than only send file to immigration office.
This is my knowledge. U check at ur end. Chk with ur agent and make self decision.
