Hi Booked a vacation/holiday with MakeMyTrip for Thailand. I was charged extra for asking private airport transfers and i was given shared transfer everywhere. I have tried contacting company 20 times in phone, written 30 emails and opened 8 complaint tickets. They have not taken any action. The customer care executive say they can see the issue but they dont have any idea why money is not getting refunded. I have been following up since 6 months.. they always promise for refund in 24 hrs.. but nothing happens. Booking ID is below I have shared a screen shot of all the complaint ticket reference ID.
