I would like to lodge a complaint. Sir on 09/12/2022 i called online no for inquiry regarding Vehicle loan, that person told us all regarding it and then asked for documents like PAN card, Aadhar no, Account details and cancelled cheque which is in general asked by the Financial institutions. So we provided him with all these things. After that he asked for processing fees of 12500 which we have paid online. After that he asked for STT amount of Rs. 38500/- for further processing of the amount. But we haven’t paid that. We asked him for his ID Card and he provided us with one. On further inquiry we found that the ID card belonged to a personnel who had resigned from the Mahindra Finance Company one and half years ago and had handed over his ID Card to HR at that time.
