Mahindra And Mahindra Finance Car loan settlement

I purchased Chevrolet sail Uva in June 2014 and I met in a accident in December 2014. I had insurance covered. However Chevrolet workshop in Solapur and Insurance Company *(Royal Sundaram). They could not come with a decision so my car was brought to Baramati Showroom (Mota Showroom). Where they took another 6 months and came up with a decision that Car is total loss. Mahindra and mahindra are now asking me to pay Rs. 620000 and Insurance company is Paying Rs. 3, 70000. Which means I will have to pay remaining amount.
I am not agreeing to this term and hence would like to escalate the matter to get this matter resolved. I would not want to pay any amount but as I understand about the accident and I may pay Rs. 30000 which was due on me before accident. I would also want media to highlight this issue.
