I have taken a bike loan for TVS Ntorq on Nov 2018 and my EMI was started from Jan 2019 for 24 months.
I was not able to pay my EMI for few months and they have seized my bike in the middle of the road when it was in mint condition.
I have completely foreclosed my loan and they told me the location where my bike is after a day of the foreclosure.
Today when I went to get back my bike, they have a completely damaged condition. The seats were torn. The mudguard was broken and the body of it was scratched. It looked like it was ridden rash and was met with an accident.
It was seized on 28th Jan 2021 Thursday.
But in the yard, the person who was in charge said that it was brought to the yard on 29th Friday, Jan 2021.
What was that guy doing with my bike for a day?
I have raised a complaint by calling L&T motor finance. They asked me to call them by the 12th. This is stupidity.
They have damaged my bike and asking me to call them.
