Karrm Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd is Done with registration but still not received possession

We have done our registration in 2015 and we were assured that we would be receiving our possession by 2017 but haven’t received anything even no the telephone number is not working. They have closed their office as well. We paid all our installment. Kindly look into same
