I never told about the refund policy of token amount, they didn’t even mention anything, once they received the amount of Rs.5000 they refused for refund. Even though they dint start any process simply saying its not refundable. Please don’t go to ISA my humble request
I have mailed to them as follows
I HAVE JUST PAID 5000RS ON 4TH DEC, BUT DIDN’T WANT TO START PROCESS SO I WOULD LIKE TO GET REFUND OF MY RS 5000…I DIDN’T GET ANY KIND OF SERVICE FROM YOU. SO WITHOUT ANY SERVICE, HOW I SHOULD BE PAID..THATS NOT THE THING WHICH I EXPECTED FROM YOU GUYS.
REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.
