Complaint written for the Company as under and forwarded to their email
but the mail not reachable to the Company.
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that one of your staff Ms. Durga has contacted me on my mobile and told me regarding your Company that it is providing advice to Traders and suggesting trade positions in the Share Market. She told me to pay Rs. 5, 000/- in the Company’s name so that she will provide services to me to make the profit. In good faith, I paid Rs. 5, 000/- in the Company’s name in ICICI bank account number, IFSC code ICIC0000542 on 14 July 2022.
After that she gave me trades such that I got a loss of Rs.58, 324/- On her Whatsapp I asked her about this. On seeing the positions she has given, anyone can understand that she has no proper knowledge of trades. When the market was upside, she gave trades of put options instead of call options. Also she was talking about averaging when the market was going down. I don’t know how she has been given that position in your Company!
Further she has contacted me with one of your officer Mr. Abhinav Gupta, CFA finance for further assistance to make profit. However, unfortunately he was also unable to provide proper trades. In spite of my heavy loss, he was insisting me to pay Rs. 1, 25, 000/- so that he will provide me services of level 1 and will surely make me a huge profit from market. He has also given me fake trades and I was in heavy loss. When asking about profit, both your staff were talking in air that ” ho jayega, ho jayega ”
Due to improper service of your staff I incurred a total loss of Rs. 1, 85, 339 – 27, 984 = 1, 57, 355/-

In view of above, you are requested to pay me my losses which occurred due to improper and irresponsible services provided by your staff mentioned above.
Your immediate action in this regard is requested. Otherwise I will file a PIL in consumer court against your Company and claim my loss plus compensation.
