I booked a 3 night stay at the OYO 66982 Hotel Skyway Inn from 28th May – 31st May 2022.
The BOOKING ID – HTLDSAN2GX56AMR7
The person at the reception said there were no available rooms and no booking in the requested name. There is no option for refund anywhere in the site and the customer service in the app is not very helpful. This caused a lot of inconvenience since the person had to hunt for available hotel rooms past midnight all by herself.
Please help me get a refund on this booking.
