Dear friends I have applied for mortgage loan in hffc to mr .mohit and he asked my property doc , aadar , pan of me and my brother I have submitted all and he spoke to my brother and make a video call and seen myshop and home and finally he said 8Lakhs of loan s approved . After tat he asked me to pay 5001 I have paid then ask me to go to legal office with my documents with2500rs and I gone their . One lady seated simply and look at my documents and asked me a xerox copy of document and got 2500rs . B4 paying this amout I asked mr.Mohit for refund details he said if loan amount gets refuse then we pay all the amount which u paid . I trust him also check in hffc portal I seen the same. Nxt day they not picking my call 2 days overed . Again I call for mohit he said loan amount get refused due error in documents . Then I asked for refund of that 7501rs but v was not responding properly . They are very bad in commitments and customer service . I dont know how to get tat money from them bcz it is my 10days salary .
