We approached Heera Immigration Consultant in Mohali Chandigarh for Canada PR in March 2018. They suggested Saskatchewan Immigration with job offer and asked to pay them 2.30lac . We paid them the full amount in two installments and they committed to get out PR within 9-11 months. Now even after 2.5 years we have not received any intimation. Inspite of our repeated emails and calls they are not giving us any logical reply. Infact their staff is so harsh on calls and when we visit their office they have bouncers who make us feel threatened. This is sheer harassment. All of their staff members have started using filthy language and tell me that we are wasting their time. We have sent them a legal notice thru our lawyer but they are not even responding. Their staff members Sukhvir, Manu Sharma, Puja, Madhusudan all harassed us . Even their Branch head Virender Madam is not replying to any of our emails. This shows their malafide intentions.

Same is happening with us. They are harassing people. No one picking the calls and no one respond. When we visit their office, then also whole of the staff on leave. They have taken money from us and now they harass us.

They are big fraud. 4 years ago, and still no response. Applied for TRV at Canada , with amount 6 Lac , but no updates till yet. I want a strict action against them as it is a sheer harrasment for me and my gurdians from last 3 years. They promised to make it done in 5 months but of no use. They don’t pick phone. but this time we gona sue them for sure.

They have cheated us also. We filed for SINP for Saskatchewan in 2018. But even after 05 years nothing has happened despite regularly following up with them.
