Green Penn had offered me some projects with a fee to be submitted. I had taken 3 projects from them and paid the fees in full. 2 out of the 3 projects did not materialize and I have been waiting for a refund of the amount for the past 1 year now (INR 1 lakh). The third project was deployed, however, they have not paid the amount due post the services. They prematurely ended the campaign called DRP and after receiving the first payment, they stopped paying. The amount that is owed is approx 3L.
I have been continuously following up, they kept pushing the dates, however, now they have stopped responding to emails, phones. I am really worried that I have been cheated. I have been in contact with Amol, Neeraj, and Harjeet. Harjeet kept assuring me that the payments will be made and he will follow up. but there is no email or any payment refunds. Neeraj isn’t responding to emails. His phone is not reachable. I had recently written to their legal team as well. But no one is responding. They are a fraud company and do not respond to any emails or concerns of their partners. They charge a lot of fees and chase you to make the payments. They don’t live up to their commitments and don’t pay you for the services. Very unpleasant experience. I need help to resolve this issue and my money back.
