I’m Karthikeyan. This is regarding my issue with Grand Vivanta Vacations. I have taken a package with Grand Vivanta Vacations on 25/12/2022 for ₹140000. But, after taking the policy I decided to cancel the policy for some personal reasons with 10 days.
When I contacted them for the cancellation, they are telling that it cannot be cancelled for “Personal Reasons” which is not updated in the policy nor by the sales…
