Hi, It all started last year March 2022, they had visited Haldwani, Uttarakhand and I happen to get a call from them, they had called many people to a hotel in Haldwani. When I went there I was welcomed by Rahul Sir and Sudhir Kumar, they gave me a offer which was really good. The offer was as mentioned below:
1. 39 nights free stay at Hotel (all over the world)
2. 6N/7D trip to India or anywhere in Asia ( Flight and hotel included)
3. 2N/3D hotel stay in India.

I had paid INR 1, 20, 000, and they said they will adjust INR 12, 000 in the annual charges, as that was the discount if the full payment is made at the same time. Everything was fine till the time I contacted them to book a hotel in Stockholm, Sweden on 18th July 2022, first of all they were very reluctant in replying and after that they sent me payment link and asked me to pay. There was a long tiring mail conversation where I tried to make them understand that I am a member and I have bought the service. It was very hectic and stressful as they were not understanding it and finally I had to book the hotel on my own which obviously costed me more due to the late booking. This chapter repeated again on 16th August 2022, at that time I asked them to book the hotel in Vienna, Austria. They again sent me the link to pay, I told them that I am member and they were not ready to understand that. I had to mail them 25 times. Again I had to book the hotel just one day before my trip. This time it was mentally disturbing as well, as I felt they have cheated me and I was annoyed. I called Rahul (Dealer) and told him everything he said sorry on behalf of the company and said this will not repeat ( BTW he had said the same after not booking the Stockholm hotel) . But it happened 3rd time as well, I have asked them to book a hotel in Varberg, Sweden and again got the payment link, I tried to call Rahul but now even he is not picking up the call. I am in very difficult situation now as they are not replying and I am paying double amount for hotel booking even though I have paid Grand Sheraton. It would be great if you could help me in getting my money INR 120000 back with interest of 1 year ( as I am paying EMI to bank).
