We have taken the package in the month of April, 2022 and paid 75000/-(excluding taxes) however till date not even single service we got from them, none of the sales team response to our call neither their customer service. The entire Team (Sneha, Neha, Kanika, sajid, Manoj, Sudir, Abhijeet )every one or fraud. I Have been chasing them last eight month till date they have not refunded my amount at last after speaking to Ms. Kanika(customer support executive )convinced me and assured me of delivering best service, trusting her I agreed to give one chance and asked them to book a tour but this people all of sudden came up with a new clause were forcefully they are asking for breakfast charges to be paid in advance to Grand Sheraton.
Upon calling directly to hotel, they clearly confirmed that hotel never charge for breakfast(as breakfast is complimentary).
This time When i called Grand Sheraton Ms. Neha clearly told me with a very rude tone that they are hear to make money and unless and until we are not paying for breakfast in advance to Grand Sheraton they are not going to book for hotel. Neither ready to refund or amount nor replying to our family.
I have written proof for everything.
Pls don’t trust this people
they are fraud .
if you get any call were they invite you any 4-5 star hotel and ask you to attend the function, do not trust them and complain to police and if you are already a victim like me then pls lodge a complain in consumer forum as m doing .
