I took goliesure memebership in 2014 and they promised to provide us 30 nights of hotel bookings in any hotel apart from 5 star hotels.
But whenever, we call them they always tell that maximum budget they can book hotel is 3 thousand, out of which we need to pay rest and we need to pay some service charges as well.
What they promised was any hotel other than 5 star.
Also, whenever we call them for bookings they always tell that, it needs to be told atleast 45 days earlier, which wasalso never told.
Now, I am unable to connect and feel that all the money which I paid(1, 25, 000) is gone.
