Recently I have purchased an apartment from the builder in their Godrej Aqua Project in Bangalore.
I have made all necessary payments and also completed the registration. While making the last payment there was an excess payment of Rs 3, 78, 000/- made by me. I had immediately raised the issue with their marketing team and had requested if I need to alter the final bank payout to adjust thus excess.
