We have booked Godrej Splendor Whitefield Bangalore 2 flats with our friend on 3rd September 2022. Now due to personal reasons we wanted to cancel. But Godrej sales person said they don’t have cancelation policy.
As per Rera policy 45 days is the time within that we can cancel. Now nothing has done in terms of process as its only been 2 day’s. We are not expecting this from a big brand. We might plan to take other properties. So don’t want to end it up with sour relationship.
