Godrej Properties is Bad Construction Quality and Poor Customer Service

I am a resident of 1502, Godrej Prime, S6. I got possession in january 2021, and just after the first rain showers in july 2021, I started noticing seepage and leakage issues.

Leakage issue: It is still persisting even after 450 days. constantly following up with the customer service and handover team for resolution, even the root cause is not yet identified.

Seepage Issue: There is a Seepage issue since 400 days in the common bedroom, which they claim that it has been treated 7 times.

Customer Service Behaviour: Not sharing their email id/ phone numbers or that of their superior, so the issue is not getting escalated to the earliest.

Person who handles complaints or attends complaints keeps on changing.

I really regret investing our hard earned money here. Godrej Properties as a brand disappointed me.
I am very disappointed with the attitude of customer support and quality of construction.
