I have purchased an item from glowroad mobile app and received broken item of the order attached herewith, immediately after seeing that I have requested for a return. My return request was accepted previously and yesterday evening I have received a message that my return is rejected. However, yesterday in the day time, I made words with customer care executive telephonically and he assured me for an early return. I am felling cheated by glowroad. They even are not replying of my emails.
