Complaining since more than one & half years for Sewage in every room, open pipes leakage. No matter on which floor pipe get burst, all the water directly come to our flat. Taking extra money for Podium floor by giving extra space that is very dangerous. Someone can die in Podium balcony. But Gaur is a greedy company. Increasing maintenance in every 6 months but they don’t have fall ceilings from last 3 months. Fast electricity meters. Poor maintenance staff. Don’t even know what the problem is. They don’t even pick the call.
