There was no such mention of serving a notice period before the beginning of my work in your organization. If there was any such document stating the same was provided to me and I failed to acknowledge it.
Even after completing one working month and informing you 8 days prior about the discontinuation (which was not required as I was never informed about your one-month notice serving policy), I should never have been in a position to be asking you for the remuneration given that I took time from my studying hours to devote to the growth of your organization.
