I am a member of Fares Daddy Holidays Pvt. Ltd but their service is become totally annoying as I neither getting any response from them either through emails or through their Customer care number as no one from this Fares Daddy Holidays Pvt. Ltd company is picking up the phone. I have already paid all my Membership fees in advance for five years but not getting proper service from this company and no one is taking responsibility for this. Even the authenticity of the existence of this company is in doubt as no body is responding for any of my requests. Hence request you to kindly look into this issue and provide me the refund of my membership fees as soon as possible.
Fares Daddy Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is a fraud company. Its addresses in its website and brochures are incorrect. Phone numbers are not working. It never gave booking to me and mostly did not reply emails. Emails replied were either refusal to book on false reasons or evasive. Its offices in Ahmedabad & vadodara are closed several years back, but its website still shows them. The head office of Gurgaon has shifted to unknown location/closed. Emails requesting current address never replied.
