I have booked my Dubai Trip for 5 pax through him for Five Nights Six day package ( from 15 Oct to 20 Oct.2022) As per tour package they has offered me stay at Hilton Garden inn bur dubai.
I have paid in advance all amount including hotel Charges. But at checking time hotel management has asked me hotel charges as a Deposit as they have not received payment from the travel agent.
I had talked several times with Mr. Kaushal for the situation & requested to pay the charges to hotel so i can avail refund of my deposit. Mr. Kaushal has promised me to arrange 100% refund. At the time of check out he has paid Rs: 45K against total hotel charges of Rs.97787.00 on dtd. 20.10.2022. As on date balance amount is still not refunded even though i have approached daily through whatsapp even after receiving commitment to refund on every day.
