I rented a vehicle for 8th Mar 2022 to 15th Mar 2022. But on 8th Mar before I could collect my vehicle, my booking was cancelled. I tried customer care but received no reply on chat and mail. There is no phone number available.
After cancellation, I waited for my refund. But is not paid yet. It is showing – “Your refund request has been received. We will update the status in 2 working days”. But it has been 1 week and refund is not given. I receive no reply from chat and mails. Phone number is not available.
