I was cheated and scammed by DMI Finance Pvt Ltd loan salesman name Prashant along with his accomplices Mayank, Anoop, Umakant, etc based in DMI Uttam Nagar branch.
I was applying for the 10 year tenure loan of 2500000 lakhs to buy a flat in sector 105 Gurgaon. I was informed by your officials that my interest rate will be between 6.8% to 8% for 10 year tenure.
Now as i have got my sanction letter, it mentions that my interest rate is 13.25 percent and my tenure is for 20 years.
Employee of DMI Finance Pvt Ltd took my signatures with the promise that my interest rate wont be higher than 7%.
I never agreed for a tenure of 20 years of home loan and i was forced to sign the loan documents with false information that i am singing up for a loan at the interest rate of 6.8%.
