I am trying to connect with your customer care but all the time call has been disconnected due to high que and I am spending more than 1 hour on customer care daily basis.
I am writing this mail regarding please cancel my membership because your sales executive sold with false commitment.
1. He didn’t explain of 15 days prior registration period. He said that you can do your booking any time.
2. He said that you can cancel your membership at any time without any stay.
3. He didn’t explain that your booking will be laps if once your voucher will be print. You can you can not change date or time.
After all the struggle I was doing booking for stay so your reservation executive said that I have given negative feedback so won’t be able to do hotel booking.
I had already made payment and now you guys are doing mentally torture. I am fade up with the service either cancel my membership immediately or do my booking as already shared dates.

All 5 star review for them are paid review done by their SEO (Search Engine Optimization Team), check the pattern of their 5 star review, you will easily get sense of these scammers.
Don’t fall in their trap, they are big gang of frauds. They will call you to collect free voucher in a 5 star hotels and sell you some holidays package but when you will ask them to book some hotel for your holidays, they will make excuse that property is not available for your requested date. All reputed holidays companies have refund policies within 30 days of package booking if you are not satisfied with service but these guys are just fraud they will not give you back a single rupees by saying there is no refund policy. At their Okhla office they have bouncers so if you will push them for refund, these guys will cross their limits and thrash you.

I completely agree what you said. I have called one of the person ‘vansh’. He was more interested in knowing who has given his contact details rather than resolving my query. From last 3 months I m struggling to get refund of my discount money.
Creekinn is a gang of frauds. When the sales executive Kapil Aurora called me he said don’t come with any cc or debit card, but when we went there they were selling a holiday package to us with so many free offers. We somehow fell into their trap and paid the membership. Now when I am doing a holiday booking for Chennai 1) the are giving me hotels far from city 2) within city they are offering me normal 2 star hotels without breakfast stating that the hotels blocked for Creekinn were without breakfast- how stupid was that. Finally after much chasers they made booking in Ramada hotel and sent me booking pdf. When I called up hotel they said no such booking done in my name for the said date.In fact they said they don’t have any partnership with Creekinn either.
For a simple process of hotel booking they are making a nuisance out of it. I’ve asked for refund, i doubt they will pay. I am going to call up all major hotels in Bangalore now to stop allowing Creekinn to do any sessions.

Trying to book domestic property well ,in advance (1.5 months in advance) still receiving response like “We are completely booked”. I tried even changing destination but it also doesn’t worked out.

3rd class compnay with fraudsters mindset. Looting public money with their false commitments and force them to put their review during their first stay and give them 5 start and after that they come up withthe flying colors with 3rd grade hotels, non cooperative and useless work force and then washinh their hand from their own fauls. I know many of them are having the same experience with these fraudsters.I got a call from their executive to join there so called welcome meet by the name of courtyard holidays and they claimed they are from courtyard hotel chain (which is absolutely wrong), later they changed their name to creekinn but they are CROOK INN.
When I visited they have all possible lies about there 5 star services from Hotels to stay and locations.Vansh Thakur and couple of his game mates the biggest fraud them all have sold the package fto me and Urvashi so called customer care head have vanished like anything and no response from them at all on my continuous chase to both of them.
On my 2nd holiday I went for manali and trust me a 3rd grade hotel and 4th grade locatio has offered to me I trusted them that the best is given to me and visited there and got shattered by seeing the dirt all around the room, location was pathatic and food was 3rd class and when I reported to their relationship executive there were no single revert from them during or after my stary. When i highlighted this to customer care then they said sir you only give ok for this hotel. You dumb fools. Off course I will give go ahead as without that the booking cannot confirm but i have not paid you to gove me any random hotel and say sir this is 4 or 5 star. Look at yatra and make my trip they have hotels of their defined standards and they do not recommend any which does not fall under their own standards and the same has to be told to me while buying this 3rd class package and you fools not just ruined my holiday but i wasted my money on this.
I have beenchasing these fraudsters Vansh and urvashi for the escalation but they don’t care because they are busy in doing fraud with some new person in new city.
It has been4 months i have been chasing their customer care to refund my 2 lac rupees which they have looted from me with this 3rd grade services, till date they are just carelessly denying it.
I am writting this review to make other aware of such penny and fraudsters company to safe their money.
I am going to take legal action against these fraudsters and if any of you have same experience. Lets get together.

Creekinn guys are seriously cheap and fraud guys, their Sales team Sruti & Hament called me for introducing our hotel properties by the name Creekinn, so you guys can come with family and have dinner or lunch with us under our Venue Hotel, at last moment they changed the hotel venue and however as we decided to go, we make our mind we went to meet them finally after reaching someone Ankit and his manager Chaudhury was explained their so-called hotel sale product, initially they told us that it will take 30 mins later it extended around 01 hrs, we went around 8:30 evening with my 2 kids and planned that once we finish meeting will take the dinner and back to home.
I forget to add one thing, I told them that we couldn’t come due to we have some relatives at home, but Sruti & Hament told me that you can come with your full family. But my family relatives told me we can bear outside meal so you guys carry on. So we planned to go and meet.
At the end, we feel that now we are free after the meeting and let’s go for taking dinner, while we are getting the dinner coupon at 10:20 PM we get to know they will charge our elder kid charge as this event is for couples and as we have another small kid which will be free for dinner. At the same time when i call the sale team their call was unavailable and they were not available on whats app. so I checked Creekinn manager Chaudhary who told me where it’s mentioned that kids will be free with you, and we have 2 kids. This guy instead of the manager looks like Gunda more. He said will request some discount and you guys shock to see the discount that I got it’s 10% from 999 Rs.
I have happy that I didn’t take some commercial deal with them, they are definitely a fraud team..

Now they have shifted their office from okhla to some where in Kaushambi…address still not known and they are still sending mails from the okhla address. Worst service every….will never recommend creekinn holidays to anyone.
Every time I email for bookings…its always sold out.
Team at reservation don’t even know how to read email and respond back to customers.
Customer care and reservations number are continously busy….may be all the customers are rasing their complaints
Only 1 out of 5 times I got the booking but that too after 30 email going back and forth.
I ask for 2 days of booking and they provide 1 days so means i am at the mercy of them even after paying the money.
At the time of getting into membership they said they have lots of tied up properties and there will be no availability issues…..but when asked for booking they are always sold out…..and when I ask for refund they say as under this clause bookings are subject to availability…….as they never have available bookings….as they just extract money for people…Creekinn holidays is a SCAM.
Toll Free Number are also shut down by them and the number provided on website no one picks up the call.

We have also paid Rs 1.5 Lacs to Creekinn holidays.
Following observation noted against Creekinn Holidays:
1. There is no telephone / mobile number for communication. Your reservation number +91-7838856716, 7838856754, 18001235477 all numbers are invalid.
2. Before payment processing for Order confirmation, it was told us you will get either two rooms or an extra bed in the same room.
3. There is no office address to meet personally and resolve all issues.
4. When ever we demand for booking the reply from customer care is as per below:
This is to inform that your holiday package is entitled for 1 room as you are T1 category package holder for two adults & 2 kids (below 6 yr) & would like to inform that we can consider our clients request in non peak season regarding no. of rooms if rooms are vacant but as of now we are in rigourous situation and we need to provide rooms to each & every client in accordance with their package entitlements.
5. AMC amount commitment at the time of booking is Rs 8000/- and now as per below email AMC amount amended & New amount is Rs 9999/- + GST.
