Country Holidays Inn & Suites is without prior information and misbehaviour

I would like to complain as per mentioned subject line that no proper prior communication has been received with the change of AMC applicable from April 01, 2023. I have opted for a 10 years Membership plan and due to serious medical issues and COVID situations could not avail the same during 2021 & 2023. Now at the time of enquiry, I’m being informed that I need to pay all the three years AMC (i.e., for 2021, 2022 & 2023) at one go with the new revised AMC price. Only then I can opt for any booking further. My simple query is that the change of price not being informed prior, so why shall I pay the extra amount. Only mobile application update won’t suffice, proper telephonic or mailing communication should have been initiated from your company’s end, which I haven’t received earlier. I need a proper resolution on the same or else I will be bound to take strict legal actions against the same. Also your tour representative Mr. Mukesh (ID: CHIS1099) misbehaved and do no know how to speak and handle customers. Kindly take strict actions against him.
