Trip refund amount: Rs. 25115 and Trip refund amount: Rs. 16374 both not refunded by cleartrip. the money has been refunded back by the airline and cleartrip is holding the money and expecting me to pay more deduction charged in addition to the charges i already paid. I talked to their customer service agent and he was not able to assist rather just simply said that these charges i have to pay otherwise i won’t get the money back that the airline gave them back in October 2022. it is over 2 months and they are not giving the money back as reported above by the airline. Fraudulent company!
