Cleartrip is Issue with Booked hotel

Hi Team,

this is to inform i have booked two rooms in hotel Radha Nikunj at Prem Mandir for my family.

However one of the room was far away (End of the corridor)..so i informed hotel reception that either change the room or cancel the room as that is of no use for us. Their behavior were very rude..

As advised by hotel staff i called cleartrip customer care and requested for cancellation.

Could you please confirm the status of that…and by when i’ll get my refund.
