I booked a resort in vagamon through ClearTrip site. And I got the confirmed voucher from Cleartrip. But when I contacted the hotel, they told that they didn’t get any bookings from Cleartrip site. Then I connected with the Cleartrip customer care and they told that there is some rate issue and they told me to cancel the booking. Then I told them to send me proper reason in an email and initiate the refund from your side as I dint want to cancel the stay. Then they told they will take 24 hours to resolve the issue. So I am waiting for them to call me.
