Capital Mobile Samsung Misbehaving of capital store owner with me and my lady friend

This is regarding miss behavior against me and my lady friend by store owner.

Today 12/05/2022, I have purchased charger of Samsung company of cost rs 1999. 00 at Saomi Captial Mobile store plot no. 206 District Shopping Center Sector 21 Gandhinagar
GSTIN 24ACHPT4052C1ZV STATE Gujarat code 24.

After that the same day and same time we feel that we need to change or back charger, at same store. but he and other guys in the shop were avoiding or refusing and neglected us and behave like a evil and use some manner less words, it’s very much hurt for me and as I have trusted that Samsung is the one of the reputed compony in gujarat even india.

He had aslo asked to do not taken any action of replacement or given back and give other things. we have aslo bagged for the action but he has thrown charger from shop to out side which is not acceptable from such reputed company. he was not ready to listen or believe what happened instead correcting himself he tried to prove me wrong

Till the date I was very proud to be customer of Samsung, I have used all devices of Samsung’s till date, but this incident has made me very much disappointed that how costumer is treated in Samsung shop.

As per me they need to have some training for customer service. there should be some grievances cell especially for disappointed customers and strict action should be taken against them. I would like to raise this issue to the CEO of Samsung of india and higher officials.

I hope you will take necessary steps to provide better customer service specifically for client of Capital Store Sector 21 Gandhinagar Branch.
